Street (Lot 31, Canal 12, Section B) as requested in the permittee's application, dated January 21, 2005. 7

MINOR PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ESTUARINE SHORELINE AEC'S
(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work pl
drawings(s)dated received January 21,2005 .
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Fedet
regulations,applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a r
evaluation and modification of this permit.
(4) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site 1
effective sedimentation and erosion control measures.
(5) All disturbed areas shall be vegetatively planted and mulched within 30 days of construction completion.
(6) No PORTION of house or covered decks/porches shall encroach into the thirty-foot buffer area from the mei
high water mark. •
(7) Before the fmal inspection, the designing stormwater engineer must certify that the stormwater system w
installed and inspected as per the designing engineers specifications(Ocean Isle Beach Town Ordinance)
(8) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, or otherwi;
disposed of to a third party.
