Dear Mr. Brown:
We own Lot 12 at Alligator Lake on Riverview Drive on the Northeast
Cape Fear River, and we have learned that you own Lot 13 next to
us.
According to CAMA, in order for us to get a permit to build a floating
dock on the river in front of our property, we must notify adjacent
property owner of our intentions.
The structure will be approximately 50 feet from your property line. It
will consist of only a staircase from the riverbank down to the floating
dock that will be approximately 8 feet by 18 feet long.
Please advise if you have any questions regarding this structure.
