Dear Mr. Lockwood,
This letter is to notify you, as an adjacent riparian landowner, that Mr. Charles D. Carmen Jr.
plans to construct a 6 feet wide by 192 feet long pier and dock facilities extending from his
property located at 7635 Scout Camp Hatila Rd, Wilmington, NC,toward the Atlantic
Intracoastal Waterway. The proposed construction is depicted on the enclosures with this letter.
Should you have no objections to this proposal, please place a check( ) at the appropriate
statement below, sign and date this letter and return to Charles D. Carmen Jr. as soon as possible.
