Mr. Mairs:
I'm requesting that my general permits be renewed. Permit# 38491-D located at
226 Inlet Point Dr. and permit# 38492-D located at 230 Inlet Point Dr. Both permits
expired on 2/24/05 and that there are no modifications to the original permit issued and
that there has been no changes in the adjacent riparian owners for the permits listed
above.
I continue to meet these requirements under protest as I do not feel I should be
paying for any permits for either of these properties.
