Legal Description for Lot 1, Section 1 of Timber Creek
Harnett Township, New Hanover County, North Carolina
Commencing at a control monument in the center of Timber Creek Drive (50' private right of
way) fronting Lot 2 of Section 1, Timber Creek as recorded in Map Book 31, Page 30 of the
New Hanover County Registry, thence leaving said control monument North 84°16'13" East
104.51 feet to an existing iron pipe in the southern right of way of Timber Creek Drive and being
the common corner of Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Section 1, Timber Creek, said pipe also being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,thence leaving said true point of beginning and continuing
along said southern right of way along a curve to the right having a radius of 285.00 feet and a
chord bearing and chord distance of South 78°50'30" East 201.43 feet to a point in a ditch and
being the north eastern corner of Lot 1, said point also being in the line of Providence
Subdivision as recorded in Map Book 26, Page 62 of the New Hanover County Registry, thence
leaving said right of way and with said line of Providence Subdivision within said ditch South
35°44'15" West 316.95 feet to an existing iron pipe, thence leaving said pipe and continuing
along said subdivision line South 71°30'00" West 133.97 feet to an existing iron pipe, thence
leaving said pipe and continuing along said subdivision line South 30°19'30" West 146.81 feet to
a point in the approximate mean high waterline of Howe Creek, thence leaving said subdivision
line and along said approximate mean high waterline the following courses and distances: North
61°51'49" West 23.81 feet, thence South 22°42'54" West 18.50 feet, thence North 59°37'13"
West 29.29 feet, thence North 65°13'50" West 42.72 feet, thence North 78°56'38" West 22.72
feet to a point in the line of Lot 2 of said Timber Creek subdivision, thence leaving the
approximate mean high waterline of Howe Creek and with the line of Lot 2 North 34°55'15"
East 529.61 feet to an existing iron pipe in the southern right of way line of Timber Creek Drive
and being the point and place of beginning, being all of Lot 1 of Section 1, Timber Creek as
