Bulkhead Replacement - end of Marina Street

To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of the Owner, the Town of Wrightsville Beach, please find the attached permit drawing
for the purposes of replacing the bulkhead at the end of Marina Street.
Due to your property being adjacent to the Town's property, we have attached an "Adjacen
Riparian Property Owner Statement" form, which we hereby request that you complete and returr
to our office at the address below.
The proposed bulkhead replacement consists of temporarily removing the existing timbe
walkway, located above the bulkhead, installing new mechanical earth anchors, installing nev
composite sheet piling outboard of the existing timber bulkhead, installing a composite wale
system and timber cap, and reinstallation of the removed timber walkway.
