I understand that a pier,dock, mooring pilings,breakwater,boat house or boat lift must be set
bck a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access-unless waived by me. (If you
wish to waive the setback,you must initial the appropriate blank below.)

Thank you for your recent submittal for Architectural Approval for the following
Boat Lift in assigned boat slip.
Your request has been reviewed by the Architectural review CoIn nittee,and has been
tentatively approved. All projects that receive tentative approval must be completed
within six (6)months of the date of approval. At the completion of your project, forward
your wntten request for Enal approval tc CEPCO. Atter review, ifthe project was
completed in accordance with the approved application, tinal approval will be issued. 1`
your request for final approval is not received within six months,or the project is not
cempieted in accordance with the approved application, approval will be rescinded and a
new application for your project must be submitted for review and approval. No
contractor signs are permitted to be displayed.
