Re: CAMA permit Extension#2- Bradley Creek Interpretive Overlook, Phase II,
New Hanover County
Dear Mr. Mairs,
We are writing to request an additional extension on CAMA general permit 39715 dated
12-7-04, with a first extension dated 6-2-05. Per your conversation with Sara Burroughs,
I have enclosed a check # for $100.00 to place an extension on the original permit.
Construction is underway with an anticipated completion date by April 2006. A hard
copy of this letter and the check will be delivered to your offices shortly.
The project scope remains the same as the original application, no square footages have
increased; fixed pier, platform, and floating dock remain the same. Please let me know if
you have any additional comment, questions, or need additional information. Thank you
