Dear Mr. Separk:
The North Carolina Department of Transportation acknowledges that Duncan Marine
Contractors will be constructing a wall above high water and along the 15' riparian
setback. The proposed bulkhead will not interfere with the department's right of way
along US 76. Therefore,we have no objections to the plans submitted on January 26th,
2006_
