I am attaching the drawing that was faxed to me. I have no objection to construction of the bulkhead as proposed on the drawing. If there are any setback requirements,I do not waive them. Although I have no objection to the bulkhead,I want to make certain that it is clear that I still oppose the prior application which Mr.Johnson submitted for construction of a pier,etc. I have had several conversations with Mr.Johnson and continue to be hopeful that we can work out something on that proposal.
