C.A.M.A permit application data for Kenneth and Betty Hansley's at 102 SmokeHouse
Landing Rd, Hampstead,N.C. to remove and replace the existing bulkhead.
The existing bulkhead is quite old, leaning and has severe cracks allowing tidal water to
enter. It is being anchored with temporary anchors for added support.
We wish to remove the existing wall marked in orange on the attached drawing and
replace most of it with a shorter version shown in green.
Directions to 102 Smoke House Landing Rd:
South on US 17 from Hampstead,N. C., left on Washington Acres Rd., right on
Dogwood Lane, left on Dogwood Lane East, left on Smoke House Landing Road.
(The house has gray vinyl siding with white trim and a blue gray asphalt shingled roof.
-Lot#10 in E. A. Melvin Subdivision and shown in Plat Book 7, page 37.
