Dear Debbie,
I need to request a renewal for our current CAMA permit, I do not have the number of the
current permit as the actual permit is at our home in Holden Beach and I am at our home in
Raleigh. Our Brunswick County home is located at 62 Oyster Shoals Court, Supply,NC in
Lockwood Folly at Holden Beach. Our home is on the Lockwood Folly River with the view of
the Shrimp Docks at Varnamtown.
If it helps you to remember the specifics of our location, you and I walked out onto the dock of
the adjoining property of Jack Fuchs,to insure that our dock would not interfere with the use of
the Fuchs' dock. I know you must do hundreds of these permits every month, I hope this
information may assist you in the location of our home and lot.
Hopefully you are able to locate the current permit with the following information, I apologize
for the inconvenience to you of my not having the permit number at hand. The original permit
was issued on either the 13t or 14th of March, 2006.
Both of the adjacent property owners that signed for permission for construction of a dock on our
property, are still the current adjoining property owners; Jack& Fran Fuchs and Larry & Mary
Knowles.
I hope you are able to grant the renewal of our permit to build the dock, with the same
constraints and specifications as on the original permit. I have enclosed a check for one hundred
dollars($100.00) for the cost of the renewed permit. I have also enclosed a self-addressed and
stamped envelope for the mailing of the copy of the renewed permit to me.
I appreciate your attention and time regarding this matter, I had not realized we were so close to
the expiration date of the initial permit.
