The pier will be located along their shared property line between lots 5 and 6. The proposed pier will be 104 feet long,have a 10'x20' covered platform at the end of the pier. There will also be a railing around the covered `T' platform. Interpolated water depths at the end of the platform are 0' MLW. There are no boat slips proposed. There is no dredging or wetland fill proposed.
