Brian: This morning, Jimmy North asked me to present to the Association the
necessary CAMA approval form, for him to obtain permits to install two lifts.
One to be installed in slip (5) Emily Nolan, one installed in slip (7) Mike
Marapese.
The attached form states GGYC has no objections to the installation of the
two lifts, in accordance with our association requirements. They also request
that we approve or disapprove the 15' setback requirement. Certainly, we do
not wish to waive the setback.
With your signed approval, Jimmy will obtain permits from CAMA for the
two lifts. It is tough catching up with Jimmy. If you would like, you can leave
the approval forms with me. (he knows I am usually sitting on the porch at six
in the morning). Call, if you have questions.
