FROM: Bob Nichol, Town Manager DATE: April 6,2006 RE: Floating Dock at slips 11 and 12 Your request for the floating dock has been approved based on the following conditions: 1. You must obtain all necessary building,fire,electrical and CAMA permits as governed by law. 2. The slip should conform to a similar nature as to the floating dock on the West side in slip#8. 3. The floating dock should not exceed the dimensions of your slip. 4. At any point you vacate the slip or your lease is terminated,you must remove the floating dock and ramp or it should be assumed by the new owner of the slip. 5. You will assume all liabilities for personal injury and damage associated with the ramp and the floating dock and any associated insurance that may be necessary. 6. Must be maintained and will not be allowed to be in a state of disrepair. 7. You should consider this to be an amendment to your lease and all conditions will be evaluated at each renewal.
