I request that a permit be issued to authorize the work described by the attached plans. I
represent the property owner on which the work is located and/or which is adjacent to the
water.
The adjacent property owners to this project have been furnished copies of this
application and related plans by registered mail.
This project is to construct a new 6' x 32' pier with a 14' x 14' deck. We will attach an
aluminum ramp to a 6' x 24' floating dock. The pier will include standard handrails with
2' x 6' cap and 2' x 4' rails.
