Worth, who lives at 8040 Bald Eagle Lane notifying her of the bulkhead plans for Mr. Bailey's property. I hold a durable power of attorney for my mother, and in addition, a closer check of the property records would have revealed to you that my sister and I are also joint owners of the property at 8040. We have seen the erosion damage caused by bulkhead construction in our neighborhood. Furthermore,we are concerned that any such construction in Outstanding Resource Waters will further destroy vital marine nursery areas. The project consists of constructing a bulkhead along the property shoreline landward o sting wetlands, within the property boundaries. The proposed project has been determined to comply w Rules of the Coastal Resources Commission(7H.1100)- General Permit for construction of bulkheads placement of riprap for shoreline protection in Estuarine and Public Trust Waters and Ocean Hazard ?as, and as such, a permit has been issued to authorize the development. I have enclosed a copy of the Mit, as well as, the relevant statutes.
