I request that a permit be issued to authorize the work described by the attached plans. I
represent the property owner on which the work is located and/or which is adjacent to the
water.
The adjacent property owners to this project have been furnished copies of this
application and related plans by registered mail.
This project is to construct a new 340' x 4' wooden bulkhead. Jennifer Frye with the
Corps of Engineers has marked the property and based on her determination of the
wetland area,the homeowners wish to construct the wall landward of the flagged
wetlands. The bulkhead will follow the wetland delineation without encroaching in any
area and will serve the purpose of a retaining wall,to allow the homeowners to maximize
their usability of the lot. In addition,the Architectural Review Board for the Landfall
community has approved and signed off on the proposed construction.
