Jennifer Frye with the Corps of Engineers has marked the property and based on her determination of the wetland area,the homeowners wish to construct the wall landward of the flagged wetlands. The bulkhead will follow the wetland delineation without encroaching in any area and will serve the purpose of a retaining wall,to allow the homeowners to maximize their usability of the lot.
