Dear Mr. Mairs,
I'm requesting that my general permits be renewed. Permit # 38491-D located at 226 Inlet
Point Drive and permit # 38492-D located at 230 Inlet Point Drive. Both permits expired
on 11/3/05 and that there are no modifications to the original permit issued and that there
have been no changes in the adjacent riparian owners for the permits listed above.
I continue to meet these requirements under protest as I do not feel I should be paying for
any permits for either of these properties. .
