property line 15 foot set-back requirement. Pier was
built prior to the date this requirement was in effect.
2)Outer half of pilings(4x4s)were replaced with 4x6 pilings c p'"e,r
by Grice House Pilings and Construction in 1994.

1) Construction to be performed by owner.
2) Install 9, 6x6, Marine Grade 2.5 pilings as shown. The
new, 2x6 cross supports and 2x4 railings will be standard
ground contact treated lumber. Floor joist to be attached to
pilings with '/% in diameter galvanized bolts with washers..
3) All pilings to be sunk into the ground a distance
approximately equal to 90%of the height from the ground
to the floor of the pier. Holes will be dug with a hole digger ' S fp3
