To construct a boat house that is 8'wide by 20'long to house,for permanent mooring,a fishing/pleasure vessel.The boathou:
will be constructed of material suitable for marine construction.Materials may vary from treated lumber to asphalt shingles.
materials will be anchored with galvanized fasteners ranging from nails,bolts,to appropriate hangers and ties to meet NC
building codes and standards.
No removal or dredging of existing vegetation. Support uprights or pilings will driven to proper depths by either water jet or
mechanically driven.
