Included are the Test location map, Summary Table 1 and laboratory analytical results. Soil Sampling Procedures and Results Five soil samples were obtained from different locations along the existing bulkhead(see site map). Each sample was sent to SGS Laboratory in Wilmington,North Carolina for analysis. SGS is a North Carolina certified lab. The lab analysis included: Poly Aromatic Hydrocarbons (GCMS 8270-SIM),RCRA Metals (Method 6010B) and mercury (Method 7471). Table 1 summarizes the analytical results. North Carolina Soil to Ground Water clean up levels under the North Carolina Department of Environmental and Natural Resources are also provided for comparison purposes.
