Attention: Ms. Heather Coates
Request permission to perform the following minor repairs on our existing riprap
bulkhead. First,we want to place approximately 5-7 boulders that have rolled down the
slope into the water back up into their original positions. To prevent them rolling down
again during future storms,we propose to cement them in place (above water)using
sacrete.
Second,we propose to rearrange a few boulders on the slope to cover black Iandscape
fabric currently exposed to sunlight.
Both requests will require the use of approximately five 80#bags of sacrete.
