Dear Heather,
This Letter will serve to verify that I have looked at the proposed deck
repairs at 611 Caswell Beach Road with a representative of Newcastle Home
Builders,Inc,and based on our conversations at the time,l can state the proposed scope of
work DOES NOT reach or exceed 50 percent of the present value of this deck area.This
work as described will not increase the present"foot print"of deck area nor should it
effect any dune vegetation and dune structure.
