The applicants propose to construct a thead along their shared property line at 2029 Turner Nursery Road and 1921 Atlantic Drive. ;re are no wetland impacts associated with the installation of the bulkhead. The shoreline to be bulkhes rithin an upland basin. The bulkhead will not exceed an average distance of 5 feet waterward of the no] h water mark and will not be positioned more than 10 feet waterward at any point along its alignment. istruction is limited to a shoreline length of 300 feet. All backfill material will be obtained from an upl rce and the bulkhead will be constructed prior to any backfilling. Less than 1 acre of land will be distu sheet 1 of 2 for details. Also enclosed are the appropriate adjacent riparian landowner notification fon a$200 fee check.
