Wilmington,NC 28405 Dear Debbie: Enclosed are the following materials to apply for a permit for my proposed pier at 225 Lois Ave on Holden Beach: • Drawing or Proposed Pier • Completed Adjacent Property Owner Notification/Waiver Forms • $200 check for the permit fee. Both adjacent property owners have indicated that they have no objections with the proposal,and the owner on one side has provided a waiver on the setback requirement. I have also had Brunswick Surveying complete a centerline survey and they have placed a centerline stake on the property. Greg Holden will be building my pier,and he and/or I would be available to meet with you at your earliest convenience to review the plan and the site.
