Dear Adjacent Property Owner:
Enclosed is the final drawing of the proposed floating dock, boat and jetski lifts off
my property at 96 Monroe Street on Ocean Isle Beach. The dock will not
encroach into the 15' required minimum setback on the left side of the property
and will encroach 7' on the opposite side (permission granted) leaving an 8'
setback on the right side of the property.
No response is required. This is for informational purposes only. Should you
