Southwest of the center of Kingfisher Lane (shown on map recorded
in Map Book 30 at Page 11 as Timber Creek Trail) and being more

BEGINNf1C at a subsurface iron stake in the centerline of Timber
Creek Trail, said iron stake being located along said line at a
point that is South 29 Degrees 06 Minutes 00 Seconds Last 200.05
feet from an existing iron stake located in the intersection of
the centerline of Timber Creek Trail with the Northern Right-of-
Way line of Kingfisher Lane as shown on a road layout map for
Mary King Lyons duly recorded in Map Book 30 at Page 11 of the
Fender County Registry; and running thence, from the Beginning,
so located,
(1) with the centerline of Timber Creek Trail South 29 Degrees 06
Minuted 00 Seconds east 101.21 feet .to a subsurface iron stake in
