Dear Mr.Ellis,
After several attempts to access the site of your proposed dock we were successful on
October 2. 2006. Based on the site visit I was able to determine that the area in front of
your property had previously been leased bottom. The lease(# 150)was not renewed in
2003 and therefore the lease area returned to private bottom status. There should be no
submerged bottom issues associated with your proposed dock site. Sorry for the delay in
providing this information.
