Please issue(2) CAMA General Permits for James Butler for the moving of one boat lift
to a slip with an existing lift and the installation of a new boat lift in the slip from which
the one was moved. This project is located at 1205 Airlie Road in the Edgewater boating
facility. The slips where the proposed work will take place have been identified on the
attached drawing. They are the first and last slips on the southwest side of the floating
dock facility.
The adjacent property owner notification forms have been attached. Thank you for your
help.
