Will this work for you?
Contractor will re-install new silt fencing in the same area where the old silt fence has collapsed along
the full length of the lot.
Please let me know if this is OK.

Per our conversation of 2/9/07, I hereby give you permission to use our lot at 51 Pipers Neck as a
disposal site for the spoils being removed. My only absolute requirements are that I receive a full and
complete "hold harmless and waiver of any and all liability caused by this activity" prior to beginning
and that the final displacement of the spoil material be done according to the directions of Mr Jim
Burris.
Subject to the above requirements you may proceed at your direction.
