Just allowing up regarding our conversation on 11/13/07 in which in was agreed
upb at pilings were placed in our riparian corridor in error and were to be
rern• ';-d accordingly. Brian and I left messages on 11/15 and 11/21 requesting
an!u.'! ate on this matter and to date, has not received any follow up
col`r •ondence.
I hav.1 enclosed two letters sent to Clarke Speaks, adjoining property owner, of
our r !:,.uest to have these pilings removed from our riparian corridor.

Here,tr re the facts to date:

1 'il called you they day the pilings arrived on the Speak's property and asked
1 ' ou to make sure the correct survey was being used. You assured me it

i2 ! CAMA violated their own process and did not require Mr. Speak's to notify
an adjoining property owner.
13 I CAMA violated a court ruling and allowed Mr. Speaks to place pilings in

14. ;CAMA has not corrected the situation and had the pilings removed.
15. AMA has left me to deal with a mess, impacting the value of my property
:nd causing loss of time from work as well as significant emotional strain.

{ A. W ater Run Off Plan for adjoining site. It is our understanding that
the Corps had approved a water run-off plan for the adjoining
neighborhood that included the southern side of this property. We
are requesting that the run-off plan be reflected and implemented.
In a prior conversation, you indicated that was not your jurisdiction.
If this is the case, please advise me as to which entity would be
I_: responsible for ensuring this process is completed correctly.
