You should have them in your file. Lot 5 Widgeon Ct is Dock#13 on the Lis of Creek Docks. I think the damage is just the loss of the piles that hold the 30'-6" x 8'-4" floating dock in place per the pictures I sent you, but there may be some localized damage to the fixed dock and the floater that I do not know about. I assume if there is damage to decking, they would want to replace a large section or all of it, so that it is good for another 10 - 15 years or until the next big hurricane hits. Not sure of how you need to word the repair, but they are not trying to do any expansion.
