Here is first of 2 drawings. You should have them in your file. Lot 5 Widgeon Ct is Dock#13 on the Lis
of Creek Docks. I think the damage is just the loss of the piles that hold the 30'-6" x 8'-4" floating dock
in place per the pictures I sent you, but there may be some localized damage to the fixed dock and the
floater that I do not know about.
I assume if there is damage to decking, they would want to replace a large section or all of it, so that it is
good for another 10 - 15 years or until the next big hurricane hits. Not sure of how you need to word the
repair, but they are not trying to do any expansion. Just end up with what they had.
