the Division of Coastal Management to notify you that your neighbor @ 219 Broadbay Drive, Kill
Devil Hills, NC have contracted Lyn Small, Inc to replace the bulkhead ,install boatlift & pilings
& lower landing
Enclosed you will find an Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification Form as well as a
drawing of the proposed project. The purpose of the notification is to make you aware that a marine
structure is proposed on your adjacent neighbor's lot, and the setback will be a minimum distance
of 15' from your common boundary.
Please review the form and initial the appropriate box for your decision, and kindly return it back
to us at your earliest convenience via postal service, fax, or email. If you have any questions or
