Robb,
Per your direction,please accept and review the attached drawings for the stairs at the street-end of West
Henderson St. A similar set of stairs will be requested for West Oxford Street. The project will consist of a
platform extending four feet off of the existing bulkhead in a width of three feet. A three-foot wide stairwell
will extend in a southern direction from the platform. The stair plan will be built to meet the NC Building
Code and handrails will be required for safety.
