In order to place rip rap along the river side of the northern most section of bulkhead,
the City must amend the general CAMA permit. Part of that process is obtaining a letter
of no objection from the adjacent property owner. If the Homeowners Association is not
opposed to the placement of rip rap at this location, please sign below.
