Wilmington,NC 28405 Robb, Please issue a CAMA General Permit for the project located at 821 Shinn Point Drive for Paul Parker. A new composite bulkhead will be installed in the same general alignment as the existing wooden wall. Attached you will find a sketch of the proposed construction as well as the adjacent property owner notifications. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
