Dear Mr. Mairs:
I am writing you in reference to a permit for tie-line /piling applied for by Robert
Parsley of 222 Waynick Boulevard, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480.
My property borders Mr. Parsley's to the south. On my property there is a pier,
which has had slips rented since the 1960's. Mr. Parsley's proposed placement
of a piling is of concern to me, as it will create crowded conditions for the ingress
and egress of boats currently using the pier. It would help both parties if the
piling were placed more centrally on the Parsley property, or at least five to ten
feet further north from its proposed placement.
