This is the information for the permit for the Oakland St. Pier and
POA project we talked about on Thursday, November 20, 2008 at Oakland
DR. Included is a small copy of existing pier and a drawing of new prposed
walkway not to exceed 50%. Also is the authorized agent form. New
walkway is to be constructed in the same footprint as old one. Any
