The applicant proposes to install a new 75' bulkhead two feet waterward of the old
bulkhead. The new wall will have a six foot exposure and the material that is going to be
used is Skyline Steel Performex 5.7 vinyl material. The old bulkhead is failing and the
new one will keep from shoreline loss.
