As per our conversation on Tuesday, we would like to request a general
permit for the removal of approximately 360 cubic yards of material. Spoil
is to be removed utilizing the bucket to barge method and deposited on
Shore Acres Island (across from Shinn Point). I have attached a drawing
showing the locations of the material to be removed. The specific slips are
B 10, 12, 14, 16, 18/ C 6, 7, 8 ,9, 10, 11 / D 12, 13, 22, 24, 29, 34 and (2)
loads from the back portion of E. If there is anything else that you need,
please do not hesitate to call me on my cell at 470-6610.

Shaun:
I spoke with Rob Mairs from CAMA this morne egarding'the spo site
for Sherwin Cribb (GP #52032) and Masonbor• liji - - b (GP #5 1,280).
They are both currently sharing the spoil island at Shinn Poin ==• by
Shore Acres. This morning I was able to obtain use of the peninsula (Tract
A) at Channel Haven owned by P.R. Smith. Rob asked me to drop off the
permission letter from Mr. Smith (attached) so you could put it into the
correct file. I am not sure at this time if Mr. Smith wants the entire amount
of material. If there is any remaining spoil, we will place it on the Shore
Acres site. If you have any questions or need anything further, please do
not hesitate to call me on my cell at 910-470-6610.
