I own the property to the west side of Joe McKinney at 2501 Shandy Lane. I understand that he
is proposing to install a 20k lb boat lift on the west side of his existing floating dock and that it
will cross over my riparian line by 7'S'. I have been provided a drawing depicting the proposed
lift and it's location and have no objections to the installation or proposed location,
