Wilmington,NC 228405 RE: Approval for Boat Lift at Slip#6,Common Docking Area#2,Inlet Point Harbor Dear Mr.Mairs, It is within our guidelines for boat slips in our Common Docking Areas,for a lift to be constructed as follows: 12 feet Six inches long from piling center to piling center and 12 feet three inches wide from piling center to piling center,with the outer most pilings to be at 29 feet from the original bulkhead to the outside of the pilings. The entire boat lift and pilings will not encroach beyond the perimeter of the slip space as defined by the recorded map for the common dock number two. The Boat Owner's Association of Inlet Point hereby grants permission for the lift to be constructed as described above,and is requesting your authorization for same.
