I have spoken to Donna in your office and she has suggested that I send this to you both

Harbor Oaks Homeowners Association received a 2nd request from Nat Harrison from
1036 Water View Carolina Beach, New Hanover asking for the Association to waive the
15' setback requirement.
For the record the Harbor Oaks Homeowners Association will NOT grant the 15' setback
that is required to install a boat lift.
