WAIVER SECTION I understand that a pier,dock, mooring pilings,breakwater,boat house or boat lift must be set bck a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access-unless waived by me. (If you wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.) I do wish to waive the 13' setback requirement. I do not wish to waive the 15' setback requirement. It was certified mail and we did not sign for it until August 8, 2008. We want to make sure that you have this documentation. We do not agree to this waiver and want you to be aware of that. Also included is a letter we have sent to Mr. Grimes and Mr. Hamby, Thank you for your help. If you have any questions please call us. We would like to have a confirmation that this permit has not been and will not be allowed. Enclosed was a setback waiver form/application filled out on behalf of Robert Hamby, Southport. I could not possibly agree to sign such a document, mainly due to the absence of any attached correspondence, and/or any explanation of your intentions.
