To whom it may concern,
Elliott Place HOA would like to lower the existing forgers on their 10 slip community
pier. The slips are not easily or safely usable at the current height because of their distance off
the water. By lowering these fingers 4 feet from their current height access to vessels moored in
these slips will be much more user friendly. The forgers will stay in the same footprint and
attach to the existing piles just 4 feet lower. The permit number of the project is 170-04. Allied
Marine Contractors LLC will be preforming the work.
