We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
There is 1 broken piling and the bottom whaler may be broken. The rail is broken
and the back fill has sunk.
Install 2 6x6x12 pilings, 2 whalers 6x6, bolt everything together and add 5 anchors with a
concrete dead man and add sand in hole behind wall.
All wood is 2.5 treated and hardware is hot dipped galvanized.
Total Proposal: $4,940.00
