We would like to replace t1lat lift with a 16,000 lb (6) piling lift. The footprint will not change. The existing four piles will remain with two additional poles added in between to support the additional weight. They are both currently sharing the spoil island at Shinn Poin by Shore Acres. This morning I was able to obtain use of the peninsula(Tract A) at Channel Haven owned by P.R. Smith. Rob asked me to drop off the permission letter from Mr. Smith (attached) so you could put it into the correct file. I am not sure at this time if Mr. Smith wants the entire amount of material. If there is any remaining spoil, we will place it on the Shore Acres site. If you have any questions or need anything further, please do not hesitate to call me on my cell at 910-470-6610.
