By way of an update on our project, in October we were prevented from starting our work at the marina as
planned. Wachovia Bank has been providing financing since the inception of our project under an Acquisition
and Development Loan. As their capital situation deteriorated our project slowed.
We recently executed a commitment letter with a new loan provider and expect to close this loan by Decembei
15, 2008. The new funding will be adequate to retire the Wachovia loan and provide additional funding to
complete the entire project including the marina work and the real-estate development taking place across the
street.
