NARRATIVE
For
Ms. Teena Koury
Ms. Teena Koury is requesting to replace her existing 60' x 10' fixed dock with a 60' x
8' floating dock on Lot# 19 on Tradewinds Drive South.
Ms. Koury has contacted Coastal Dredging to perform the work.
I, Chad Kimes, as a duly Registered Professional Engineer in the State of North Carolina,
will be representing Ms. Teena Koury,and will personally oversee all of this proposed
work. I am also certified in Erosion&Sediment Control Level III-A and Level III-B

adjacent landowner, you have 30 days in which to submit comments on the proposed
project to the Division of Coastal Management. If you are in agreement with the
